Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (RKP) /Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (RKP) /Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR),efforts to restore the function of respiration, circulation, and handling due to cessation of the function and heart rate on

  1. The people where these functions have a total failure for some reason that came suddenly.
  2. People with the condition of the body, which allows for a normal life again,if both functions are working properly.

RKP success is possible because of time between clinical death with biological death.(cessation of circulation of the total)causing cessation of all brain activity for a while, but still reversible. This is an early method of a death in which RKP with the optimum action can recover all the functions of vital organs. If things do not die immediately helped clinic then within 4-6 minutes can happen biological death.(normatermial adults). In infants, children,or a state of hypothermia when it can be extended.Dead biological (dead panorganik) always follow clinical death if not done RKP,or if the RKP efforts stopped. This biological dead is the death of all networks, begins with a dead brain after an hour without the circulation, followed by the heart, lungs, kidneys and liver are dead after 2 hours without circulation, then the skin becomes dead for several hours or days.

Operation Eyes with LASIK technique (YouTube video)

This medical animation video describes the technique eye surgery LASIK to correct nearsightedness (myopia) from the eye.LASIK stands for Laser-assisted in Situ Keratomileusis and is an eye surgery procedure that permanently change the shape of the cornea.

Defibrilasi and cardioversion

Defibrilasi is DC shock asynchronous.Used in the VF / VT with no pulses.Used in the AF, VT no pulse.Generally DC & kardioverter defibrillator shock.DC shock is a direct current electric shocks, controlled in the heart to overcome takiaritmia.
Defibrilasi and cardioversion

ELECTRICAL DC. SHOCK

  • Manual (Monofasik).
  • Automatic (Bifasik) ? capable of analyzing & give advice. Energy from 150 to 175 joules.
  • An electric current is directly proportional to the energy, inversely transtorakal prisoners.
